Job summary

A prominent management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a supervisory role in food and beverage operations. You will lead teams, manage staff recruitment and training, ensure compliance with regulations, and analyze sales reports. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a relevant diploma or degree. Rotating shifts are required.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B operations.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control.
  • Familiar with basic HR or administrative procedures.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
