Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.
- Analyse sales and labour reports to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to grow brand reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service.
- Familiar with POS systems and basic HR or administrative procedures.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
