Job summary

A leading restaurant management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily operations. Responsibilities include P&L management, team leadership, and ensuring high safety standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years in F&B management and strong leadership skills.   • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Responsible for P&L, budgeting, forecasting & cost control.
  • Maximize profitability by increasing turnover and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews & process improvements.
  • Ensure high standards of food safety & operational safety.
  • Manage manpower scheduling, leave monitoring & labour control.
  • Participate actively in hiring of junior service roles.
  • Lead, mentor & develop supervisors and service crew.
  • Handle restaurant administrative duties.

💰 Salary

✔️ Up to $5.5k per month

⏰ Working Hours / Duration

✔️ 5–6 days work week (depending on roster)

✔️ Rotating shifts aligned with restaurant operating hours

✔️ Weekends & Public Holidays required (F&B management)

✔️ Restaurant outlets islandwide

✔️ Central & easily accessible locations
