Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will manage staff performance, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, and drive operational efficiency while meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Conduct daily/weekly briefings to maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking in compliance with SOPs.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and report to management.
  • Train staff on POS and ordering systems.
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Manage administrative tasks and submit reports on time.
  • Plan rosters, monitor staff performance, and enforce discipline to maintain morale.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks and manage inventory replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels within budget.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
