Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive service standards, and manage costs to meet company targets.

You will lead a team, coordinate kitchen and front-of-house activities, plan rosters, and ensure overtime is properly paid. Experience in a Japanese cuisine restaurant is a plus, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in the F&B industry with restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing/overseeing kitchen activities is required.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in a Japanese cuisine restaurant is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with frequent overtime and extended working hours (paid overtime provided).
