$3,400 – $6,500 monthly

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Manage profit and loss, budgeting, and implement cost control measures.
  • Drive restaurant profitability by optimizing sales and minimizing wastage.
  • Supervise and motivate service teams to maintain high performance standards.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Prepare and manage manpower scheduling, leave planning, and performance appraisals.
  • Conduct counselling and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Perform administrative duties and support higher management in strategic initiatives.
Requirements
