About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage profit and loss, budgeting, and implement cost control measures.
- Drive restaurant profitability by optimizing sales and minimizing wastage.
- Supervise and motivate service teams to maintain high performance standards.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Prepare and manage manpower scheduling, leave planning, and performance appraisals.
- Conduct counselling and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Perform administrative duties and support higher management in strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
- Passionate about hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
