Job description
  • Responsible for the restaurant’s profit and loss performance, implementing effective cost control measures.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to achieve or surpass management expectations.
  • Maximize restaurant profitability by prioritizing revenue growth (turnover and covers) and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and optimal performance.
  • Continuously review and improve operational processes through cost analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and operational standards, providing a safe and comfortable dining environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professionalism.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by leading the team in alignment with the company’s service culture to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Optimize labor costs through effective manpower scheduling and leave management.
  • Participate actively in recruitment, identifying and selecting suitable candidates for junior roles.
  • Handle staff counselling and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and service staff to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
  • Oversee restaurant administrative duties and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Area Manager.
