Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the restaurant’s financial performance.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Lead day-to-day operations ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Continuously improve restaurant performance by monitoring KPIs.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience through proactive service.
  • Drive operational excellence by fostering teamwork.
  • Manage manpower planning and scheduling for sufficient staffing.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members.
  • Handle staff counselling and disciplinary processes.
  • Oversee administrative functions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager on performance targets.

  • Handle staff counselling and disciplinary processes professionally and fairly.
  • Oversee administrative functions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager on performance targets and strategic initiatives.
