Job Title: Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant Manager
Supervise all restaurant operations, including dining area and kitchen.
Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and smoothly during business hours.
Handle opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks, cash management, and securing the premises.
Manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that stock is adequate without over-ordering.
Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees.
Develop and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
Ensure staff adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and cleanliness.
Ensure that customers receive exceptionalservice by maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Address customer concerns or complaints ina professional and timely manner.
Oversee reservations, greeting customers,and ensuring their dining experience is satisfactory.
Ensure that the restaurant follows all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws, such as labor regulations and food safety standards.
Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Regularly assess and improve the quality of food and service to maintain a high standard.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use feedback to make improvements.
Address any operational challenges and provide solutions for continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a restaurant manager in Chinese cuisine.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
