Job summary

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food and beverage (F&B) industry preferred.
  • Ability to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ensure the quality of the food is maintained at all times.
  • Ensure all kitchen staff follows our SOP.
  • Take daily stock check and report to the management team.
  • Record daily financial closing.
  • Manage all kitchen staff firmly and fairly.
Job description

We are Palapa, a new, up-and-coming Indonesian fast-food outlet in Singapore. We are currently seeking a capable restaurant manager to join our vibrant and efficient team. He/she will oversee the daily operations of one of our outlets.

Your main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Ensure the quality of the food is maintained at all times.
  2. Ensure all kitchen staffs follows our SOP.
  3. Take daily stock check and report to the management team.
  4. Record daily financial closing.
  5. Manage all kitchen staffs firmly and fairly

Prior F&B experience is preferred, but not required. All nationalities are welcomed (subject to available quota).
