Job summary
A leading restaurant company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated supervisor to ensure high customer service standards. You'll resolve customer issues, coordinate with kitchen staff, and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant and holds a diploma/degree. Proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin skills are preferred.
Qualifications
- 3 Years experience as supervisor and above in hotel/restaurant.
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin preferred for communication.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues and ensure top-level service.
- Work closely with the marketing department.
- Gather customer feedback and report to management.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality.
- Handle administrative tasks like stock ordering and cashiering.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Resolving customer issues
