Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations, including service and kitchen teams.
  • Oversee daily service standards, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Handle budgeting, cost control, and purchasing of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and control operating costs.
  • Support management in marketing initiatives, promotions, and menu planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
