Job Purpose
To lead and manage the full F&B operations, revenue growth, workforce development, service excellence, and expansion strategy for the company’s multi-location restaurant business. The role ensures high standards of food quality, customer service, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation to strengthen brand positioning and business scalability in Singapore.
✅ Key Duties & Responsibilities
Operations & Business Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets, including FOH & BOH functions
- Develop and implement operational SOPs, hygiene standards, and service quality benchmarks
- Lead menu planning, costing, pricing strategies and seasonal promotions with culinary team
- Plan and supervise food production, inventory control, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Ensure efficiency in kitchen & service workflows, staffing deployment, and scheduling
Strategic Planning & Commercial Growth
- Develop restaurant business strategies and customer experience improvement plans
- Drive revenue growth through dynamic pricing, upselling programs, and new revenue streams
- Lead digital initiatives — POS systems, CRM, QR menus, delivery platforms, loyalty apps
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve product offerings and pricing
- Support franchise/branch expansion, store setup, and pre-opening readiness when required
Financial Leadership
- Prepare and monitor budgets, P&L reporting, and financial analysis
- Control food cost, manpower cost, and operating expenses to maximize profitability
- Establish cost control systems and supplier negotiation processes
Regulatory Compliance & Governance
- Ensure NEA, SFA, MOM, WSH, and HACCP regulatory compliance
- Maintain food hygiene, sanitation, fire safety and workplace safety protocols
- Handle audits, licensing renewals, and compliance documentation
People Leadership & Training
- Manage manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Lead training programs for customer service, food safety, SOP compliance, and leadership skills
- Establish KPI frameworks for staff performance and outlet operations
- Build succession planning and leadership grooming for supervisors & outlet managers
Customer Experience & Brand Building
- Implement customer satisfaction programs and service recovery systems
- Manage marketing campaigns, social media promotions, influencer & partnership tie-ups
- Ensure consistent brand identity, quality experience and guest retention programs
- Review NPS, online reviews, feedback matrix and drive improvement actions
Reporting & Communication
- Provide business performance reports to Board/Director
- Conduct weekly operational and financial reviews
- Coordinate with finance, HR, digital marketing, suppliers, and external agencies

- 10+ years of professional F&B management experience
- Strong understanding of Singapore F&B regulations & food hygiene standards
- Expertise in restaurant P&L, manpower planning and multi-outlet management
- Good knowledge of POS, CRM, reservation, and online delivery tech platforms
- Ability to lead cross-cultural teams and build scalable restaurant operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis-management skills
