Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of F&B operational issues.
- Manage operational costs, training new staffs, and performance with the Company’s SOP.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and implementing new ideas for the menu.
- Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with upper management on growth strategies.
Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and implementation of new ideas and menu specifications, working closely with Food and Beverage team to ensure they fit with guidelines and are to the high quality our customers service
- Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with ownership/upper management on growth strategies
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
