About the Role

Our client is a start up semi-fine dining restaurant seeking an experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, uphold service excellence, and drive business performance. This role is ideal for a seasoned Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor ready to step into a full managerial position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and front-of-house service standards
  • Lead, train, and supervise service staff to deliver consistent guest experience
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, presentation, and hospitality
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Drive upselling, promotions, and revenue growth initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
  • Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting
Requirements
  • Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in semi-fine dining or upscale restaurants
  • Prior experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Senior Supervisor, or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
  • Good knowledge of service etiquette, wine and beverage service
  • Customer-focused with a hands‑on management style
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
