Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver friendly and professional hospitality
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
- Handle guest feedback with care and ensure a positive dining experience for all
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company and hotel standards
- Support management in planning promotions, events, and improving operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for customer service and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operations smoothly
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic reporting
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
