A restaurant management company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist in supervising daily operations, ensure high customer service standards, and support staff training and development. The role requires operational excellence and strong communication skills to handle customer feedback effectively.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Managers in supervising and ensuring the efficient running and daily operations of the restaurant, in accordance to the company’s standards.
Key performance areas include assisting managers to manage team performance, people development through training and ensuring maximum customer service standards.
