Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and support management in business planning.
