Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train service and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline to ensure effective teamwork.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and support management in business planning.
