We are a well-established Singapore seafood restaurant serving classic favourites such as crab, prawn, fish, and zi char dishes cooked with authentic flavours and wok hei.

We’re looking for a hands-on, responsible, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our front-line and kitchen team to deliver top-quality dining experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the restaurant’s daily operations including service quality, food standards, cleanliness, and team coordination.
  • Supervise and motivate service crew, cashiers, and kitchen staff to achieve smooth, efficient operations.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage manpower scheduling, inventory, and daily cash reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with NEA/SFA hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the owner and head chef on menu specials, promotions, and cost control.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a positive team culture and high service standards.
  • Perform any other responsibilities that may be required by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of F&B supervisory or management experience, preferably in seafood or zi char restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment.
  • Familiar with food hygiene practices (WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
  • Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
