A renowned dining establishment in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Applicants should have at least a Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in operational improvement and people management. This role involves both managing staff and driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Strong in roster planning, people management and operational improvement.

  • Oversee manpower planning, scheduling, staff development, and performance management.
  • Participate in hiring junior staff and handle counselling or disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Lead and motivate teams, maintaining discipline, fairness and teamwork.
  • Handle customers' complaints professionally and satisfactorily.
