Job summary

A leading restaurant management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to oversee F&B operations. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure safety, and drive customer satisfaction while leading a dedicated team. A minimum of 5 years in a management role within the Food/Beverage/Restaurant sector is required.

  • Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of F&B outlets.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and oversee profit, loss, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Drive revenue growth and regularly monitor performance to improve efficiency and results.
  • Ensure food safety, operational safety, and a comfortable dining environment.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering professional service and resolving issues tactfully.
  • Oversee manpower planning, scheduling, staff development, and performance management.
  • Participate in hiring junior staff and handle counselling or disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Lead and motivate teams, maintaining discipline, fairness and teamwork.
  • Handle customers’ complaints professionally and satisfactorily.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Strong in roster planning, people management and operational improvement.
