Job summary

A leading restaurant management company in Singapore is looking for a qualified individual to oversee daily restaurant operations. You will ensure high food quality, manage staff hiring and training, and handle budget and performance monitoring. Ideal candidates should have experience in restaurant management and be prepared for operational challenges. This role offers up to $4,000 monthly with overtime, and the working hours are structured to allow for regular off days.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant activities opening, service, and closing procedures.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained.
  • Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff.
  • Manage budgets, control costs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track daily sales, expenses and profits.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management or owners.
