• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Reviewing customers feedback to improve service.
• Resolving customer complaints in timely and professional manner.
• Reporting incidents/accidents and customer feedback to superior.
• Performing duties of a cashier.
• Placing purchase orders from supplier.
• Planning out duty roster for the Service Team.
