Job summary

A leading fast-food franchise in Singapore is seeking candidates for a restaurant supervisory role. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and overseeing recruitment and training. The ideal candidate possesses a diploma in F&B or Hospitality, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and can manage pressure effectively. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and on-the-job training is provided before starting the position, with a requirement to work evenings and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the service level is achieved and exceed our guest expectation through friendliness services and provide clean and comfort dining experience
  • Supervise on the efficiency and accuracy of customer order promptly delivery within the established speed of service guidelines
  • Supervise/ In charge of the restaurant daily cash handling and security process
  • Work with marketing department on marketing plan and launching of new product
  • Monitor and maintain of restaurant inventory to ensure sufficient supplies are met for smooth operations
  • Be compliant with all government and BK policies/regulations
  • Take charge of restaurant’s recruitment, training and operations needs are fulfilled
  • Supervise daily operations and effectively retain team talents
  • Conduct performance assessment, make recommendations or termination of poor performing crews
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in F&B / Hospitality or equivalent qualifications
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Successful candidates will be placed on a 3 months on-the-job intensive training with Burger King Singapore before commencement of the official position.
