Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales by promoting and securing bookings for private dining, corporate events, and special occasions at the restaurant
  • Handling all event-related inquiries with professionalism, providing tailored proposals and quotations to clients
  • Coordinating with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from booking through to post‑event follow‑up
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
  • Assisting in developing and executing sales strategies, including marketing campaigns and promotional packages to boost event sales
  • Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and client communications, providing regular reports to the Manager
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or events within the hospitality or F&B industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and close deals confidently
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Service‑oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and provide customised solutions
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with restaurant operations and management teams
