- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service during shifts.
- Lead, guide, and motivate service staff.
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service during shifts
- Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to uphold high service standards
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring excellent customer experience

- Take and relay orders accurately; ensure timely food and beverage delivery
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff are updated on menu items, specials, and promotions
- Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and compliance with hygiene standards
- Assist with staff training and onboarding of new team members
- Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service flow
- Oversee billing, payments, and closing duties
- Support inventory checks and report shortages of supplies when necessary
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Captain / Supervisor or senior service role
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and POS systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
