- Supervise and coordinate daily service operations in the restaurant dining area.
- Lead and guide service staff to ensure professional and efficient service delivery.
- Arrange table settings and assign service sections according to reservations and guest flow.
- Welcome guests, take orders when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate closely with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth order flow.
- Handle guest feedback or minor complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train new service staff and ensure company service standards are maintained.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in daily reporting and staff scheduling.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld in the dining area.
