Job description
  • Supervise and coordinate daily service operations in the restaurant dining area.
  • Lead and guide service staff to ensure professional and efficient service delivery.
  • Arrange table settings and assign service sections according to reservations and guest flow.
  • Welcome guests, take orders when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate closely with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Handle guest feedback or minor complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Train new service staff and ensure company service standards are maintained.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in daily reporting and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld in the dining area.
