Your Role

Assisting the Operations Manager in managing the overall operations of the restaurant

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of the service team to deliver high-quality dining experiences
  2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant
  3. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and promptly resolving any issues

  5. Knowledgeable in food safety, inventory management, and operational best practices in the hospitality industry
