Join a trusted and powerful financial institution looking to start their Insurance Financial Advisory proposition in Singapore as their Responsible Officer.

This firm is backed up by strong financial strength and a long heritage in the region. With an increasing demand from their large network of clients for HNW Insurance products, this role offers the opportunity for a successful Broker or an experience Insurance Financial Advisor to build the practice.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the inception of an Insurance broking and FA proposition within an established Financial Institution leveraging from decades of their network and platform.

Responsibilities

• Be the Responsible Officer for the Insurance Broking Division
• Proactively engage with clients and partners to cultivate strong, long-term referral relationships that drive sustainable business growth
• Consistently develop and expand new client connections to maintain a well-diversified and balanced referral network
• Deliver expert, high-quality advice tailored to clients' liquidity planning and insurance needs
• Meet or exceed annual net revenue targets, as determined during the yearly performance review
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards, upholding the highest levels of integrity
• Submit all new business documentation with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to required timelines
• Provide exceptional post-sale service, including timely annual policy reviews for all existing policyholders
• Collaborate with and support team members in client meetings, medical appointments, and business presentations to ensure a seamless client experience
• Oversee and responsible for all activities from a regulatory perspective
• Leadership Experience

Profile

• Eligible for Responsible Officer appointment by MAS criteria, preferably previous appointment as RO
• You are a HNW Insurance Broker, HNW Financial Advisor
• At least 10 years in the insurance industry
• At least 5 years of experience in advisory or sales of HNW Insurance products
• Well versed with regulations
• Successful track record of achievements
