A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage training sessions and resources. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience in training and administration. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and communication are essential. This role offers a monthly salary of SGD 2,600 to 3,200 with a contract length of 2 years, renewable.

Job description

Contract Length: 2 years (renewable)

Salary: SGD 2,600 – 3,200 per month

Work Hours: Mon – Fri: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

Location: Tanjong Pagar (walking distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan course calendar schedules on a yearly basis for sales & marketing to promote & fill the seats
  • Arrange resources – trainers, classrooms, labs etc as appropriate in accordance with training requirements
  • Act as first point of contact for routine scheduling queries and  escalate issues as appropriate
  • Monitor the utilization of resources and reports to ensure effective and efficient scheduling
  • Liaise with other scheduling colleagues and other project and production teams as appropriate, to ensure that forward scheduling meets future requirements
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of standard rates, negotiating and engaging freelance trainers as necessary
  • Be proactive in contributing towards the cost effective scheduling of resources and in particular the management of freelance and full time trainers
  • Ensure information in the system is updated within specified deadlines to allow for the production of accurate management and financial information
  • Run reports to ensure that information held on the system is accurate and complete, ensuring there is no missing retrospective data
  • Undertake any other operational & administrative support needed for the classroom delivery.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • 2‑3 years of relevant working experience in training & administration department
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application, ie Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills to engage wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical, resourceful and meticulous.
  • Able to work independently and yet is a good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure and short deadlines
  • Good problem‑solving and time management skills
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work
  • IT savvy
