Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte. Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to provide nursing and general care to residents at our Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang and Tampines care homes.

You will support daily exercises, accompany residents to medical appointments, maintain safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with nurses. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; local language proficiency is preferred.

• Demonstrate good communication and people engagement skills.
• Proficient in local languages and dialects preferred.
• Good organisational ability.
• Good team player who can also work independently.
• Able to carry out given instructions competently.

Responsibilities

• Attend to basic nursing and general care needs of residents
