Job summary

A welfare organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to develop and manage rehabilitation programmes for male residents. The successful candidate will have at least an NITEC in a relevant field, possess strong interpersonal skills, and ideally have experience in non-profit event management. Responsibilities include overseeing programme execution, engaging volunteers, and ensuring the well-being of residents. This full-time position offers 5-day workweeks with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum NITEC in relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant studies and certifications are welcome to apply.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality, strong written & oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in non-profit organizations and managing events preferred.
  • Microsoft office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Great work team player.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate the Home programmes.
  • Facilitate enhancements to existing programmes.
  • Manage resources effectively for the programme.
  • Prepare reports on programme outcomes and challenges.
  • Source venues and refreshments for workshops and activities.
  • Engage volunteers and external stakeholders.
