Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Singapore is looking for a qualified professional to supervise building works and coordinate defects rectification. The ideal candidate should be BCA-registered with at least 3 years of experience in C&S/Architectural works, particularly in HDB BTO projects. Job description

1. to carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act

2. to co-ordinate and supervise the defects investigation and rectification Works

3. verify that the Contractor’s defects rectification are completed satisfactorily, or to the satisfaction of HDB;

4. monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set;

5. Keep proper site documentation and records
