Job description

$4,000 – $6,800 per month
6 days/ week
Day & Night Shift/ working hour (Only discuss during interview session with hiring manager)
6-month contract (with potential to convert to permanent based on performance)

Responsibilities

• Good co‑ordination skills and good technical knowledge of M&E systems/ equipment, including security systems.
• To out regular site supervision and inspection of the works/materials including any off‑site production as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that mechanical and electrical works, including security systems, are constructed to required quality, accuracy and workmanship.
• To monitor work in progress in accordance to Approved Master Schedules with breakdown to Monthly, Weekly and Daily programmes.
• To assist the RE on daily, weekly and monthly reports of site progress as per contractor’s approved program, activities, issues and resolutions.
• To check and verify reports, variations and progress claims submitted by contractors, including as built quantity for the variations.
• To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the SO and RE.

Requirements

• M&E or Electrical Background.
• Relevant experience in cable works / utilities road works.

• Acquire Safety @ SPPG / Project Safety Management (PSM) by SP
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate.
• Have own transport (travelling to remote areas)
