Job summary

Overview

Job ID: 1109498

Responsibilities
  • Interpret and review construction drawings, schematics, SLDs, and layout plans.
  • Identify and resolve design conflicts or technical issues on-site in coordination with designers.
  • Support RFIs and constructability reviews with the design and engineering teams.
  • Support and witness SAT, TAB, and functional performance tests.
  • Review material deliveries, installation works, and documentation to ensure conformance with specifications.
  • Supervise key installations including HVAC, fire protection, process piping, electrical, and control systems.
  • Assist in preparing compliance documentation and test plans for FSC and TOP submissions.
  • Liaise with authorities for regulatory submissions: NEA – Exhaust systems, chemical handling; PUB – Plumbing, condensate, chilled water drainage; SCDF – Fire protection / FSSD submissions.
  • Maintain daily site diary, photo documentation, NCR logs, and rectification tracking.
  • Attend coordination meetings with contractors, designers, and clients to resolve technical matters.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering disciplines, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
  • 10 years of relevant site experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or GMP projects.
  • Familiar with SCDF, PUB, and NEA submission and approval processes.
  • Knowledge of FSC testing, TOP submission procedures, and system testing requirements.
  • Registered M&E RTO with BCA Singapore.
