Job summary

A leading engineering company located in Singapore is seeking an experienced site supervisor for M&E works. You will oversee compliance with design specifications, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a recognized Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and coordination skills are required. The role offers an opportunity to work on significant building projects.

Qualifications

• Registered RTO with BCA.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in A&A or building projects.
• Familiar with local codes and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site M&E works including electrical.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily reports and inspection records.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Witness testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Support in handover, documentation review, and defects rectification.
