Job summary

A project consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to supervise building works as required by the Building Control Act. The ideal applicant should be BCA-registered or hold NCCS/BCSS and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience supervising C&S/Architectural works, preferably in HDB BTO projects. Responsibilities include monitoring defects rectification and maintaining site documentation.

Qualifications

• BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS.
• Min 3 years experience in the supervision of C&S/Architectural works preferably in HDB BTO projects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act.
• Coordinate and supervise the defects investigation and rectification Works.
• Verify that the Contractor’s defects rectification are completed satisfactorily.
• Monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set.
• Keep proper site documentation and records.
