Job summary

A construction consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee building works per the Building Control Act. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience supervising civil and architectural works, ideally within HDB BTO projects. Responsibilities include managing defects investigations and ensuring quality rectification works. The role also requires maintaining accurate site documentation. A BCA registration is necessary.

Qualifications

• BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision of C&S/Architectural works.
• Experience in HDB BTO projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise building works as per the Building Control Act.
• Coordinate and supervise defects investigation and rectification works.
• Verify satisfactory completion of Contractor's defects rectification.
• Monitor defects rectification to meet service standards.
• Maintain proper site documentation and records.

Responsibilities

1. to carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act
2. to co-ordinate and supervise the defects investigation and rectification Works
3. verify that the Contractor’s defects rectification are completed satisfactorily, or to the satisfaction of HDB;
4. monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set;
5. Keep proper site documentation and records

Requirements

• BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS
• Min 3 yrs experience in the supervision of C&S/Architectural works preferably in HDB BTO projects
