Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO).
• Well conversant in local Building Control Act and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and provide daily progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Document site deviations from approved plans.
• Conduct final inspections and assist in dispute resolutions.

Skills

Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC)

Fluent in Mandarin and local Chinese dialects

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physically fit for site duties

Education

Qualification in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
