Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an RTO-C&S with at least two years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for supervising contractors, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality regulations, and maintaining site records. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to site issues are essential. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

Job Description & Requirements

• To provide supervision services to ensure the Contractors complies with the contract requirements and/or authorities’ requirements;
• To provide professional engineering services for reviews which shall include variation works;
• To review all drawings and specifications, and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to authority and the Qualified Person (Design) [QP(D)] in a timely manner;
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by authority, BCA, other statutory authorities and agencies;
• To supervise all works or as directed by authority;
• To provide personnel and ensure all site supervision services are carried out efficiently and professionally;
• Any other professional engineering service and other services as set out in the scope of Services in this Tender and or as may be reasonably inferred; and
• Monitor safety and health including taking photos of unsafe acts and conditions and bringing to the authority attention.

Requirement:

• The RTO-C&S shall have a minimum of Two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report.
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills. Competent in keeping and maintaining proper and updated site records on progress of work
• Pro-active in resolving and managing site issue with good team spirit.
• Must be willing to do shift work.
