Healthcare Project at Queenstown area
Job Description:
- Assist Resident Engineer to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Resident Engineer.
- Assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of construction works on site, as and when directed by the Consultant Team
- Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
- Ensure all works including temporary works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
- Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Maintain site records.
- Estimated commencement of work in March 2026
Job Requirements:
- ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer. Those who possess QA/QC experience in Precast fabrication, production, construction and Sewer diversion works will have added advantage.
- Preferably with experiences in healthcare projects.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil & Structural related to building projects.
- Ability to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports.
- A good team player and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD will have an added advantage
