Job description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and local authority requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, quality, and safety.
• Report any deviations or non-conformities to the RE/SRE/QP promptly and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, and progress claims.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection checklists, and documentation records.
• Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements and industry codes of practice.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in LTA, CAG and HDB Projects.
• Registered RTO (C&S) with IES / ACES.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of BCA regulations, local codes, and safety requirements.
