Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (Buildings) in Singapore to oversee on-site construction, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specs, and safety requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering (IES/ACES accredited), a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, and registration with IES as an accredited RTO. Based in Singapore, project supervision spans structural, M&E, and architectural works.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering required; IES/ACES accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar projects.
• Registered with IES as an accredited Resident Technical Officer.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and site supervision to ensure works (structural, M&E, architectural) meet approved specs and drawings.
• Ensure use of approved materials, correct sequencing and construction methods.
• Coordinate on-site activities to maintain quality, schedule and safety.

Requirements

• Carry out inspections, site supervision to ensure that all works (including structural works, M&E and architectural works) are carried out as per approved specification & drawings with the approved material and the appropriate sequent and method;
• Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and accredited by Institute of Engineer Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to works.
• Registered with IES as an accredited Resident Technical Officer
