Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all architectural works to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural works with civil, structural, and M&E works; elevate discrepancies to the Superintending Officer or Resident Architect.
• Review and ensure timely submission of architectural materials, samples, and finishes for approval.
• Monitor site conditions and highlight discrepancies between drawings and actual site situations before commencement of work.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to performance standards.
• Document and maintain all relevant site records, including inspection forms, test reports, and correspondence.
