Job Description

• To supervise and monitor civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works including monitoring of installation works in accordance with the approved drawings and statutory requirements and specifications
• To conduct in‑progress inspections and to identify any non‑conformity and report to the Qualified Person
• To attend site, coordination, quality meetings
• Witness all the inspection and testing sessions performed to ensure compliance with designs and specifications

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building works. Preferably with experience in industrial building/development with prestressed (PT) elements
• Registered and valid RE/ RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
• Registered under Singapore Structural Steel Society (SSSS) as a registered steelwork supervisor
• Preferred applicants with Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course (BCSS)
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
