Job summary

Candidates must have a degree from an accredited university and be recognized as a Resident Technical Officer. Qualifications

• Degree from a university accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
• Accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES.
• Experience with good class bungalow projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate work site progress records.
• Ensure compliance of completed works to approved design.
• Assist the PM in planning and monitoring construction progress.

• Strong knowledge of civil and structural details, working drawings and local construction practices
• Supervision of Structural job scope
• Must have experience with good class bungalow projects
• Conversant with local building codes and regulations
• Good supervisory and leadership skills
• Able to start work in Mid of Feb 2026

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely work site progress records including mandatory quality records
• Carried out and ensure both inspection and taking over of completed works are in compliance to approved design, drawings, and local Authorities requirements and regulations
• Handling of technical and engineering problems.
• Assist the PM in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress in accordance to the master construction programmed adopted.
