Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise civil and structural works on residential projects. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with authority requirements and providing oversight during construction activities. This role is suitable for those registered with IES/ACES and offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with experience in supervision of residential project.
• Registered with IES/ACES as RTO.
• Experience in Archi / M&E supervision works will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide standing supervision to all civil and structural works for compliance.
• Oversee Temporary Works related to excavation and stabilising structures.
• Ensure compliance with Authority’s Requirements for project completion.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent
