Job Description

• Supervise and ensure timely execution of site works while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities required of Site Supervisors as stipulated by BCA.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, schedules, and site instructions.
• Review and verify drawings and specifications, identify discrepancies, and report them promptly to the Officer‑in‑Charge (OIC).
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure conformity with approved standards; take corrective actions for any non‑compliance and report to the RE/QP as necessary.
• Monitor and verify that all structural and critical works are executed in accordance with approved plans.
• Attend site, progress, variation, QA/QC, and coordination meetings, and maintain accurate records and minutes of these meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent institution.
• Must be registered with IES as a C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with a valid certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably with LTA, HDB, DSTA, or CAG projects.
• Willing to work on shift schedules, including night shifts and rotational Sunday duties.
