Job summary

A construction company based in Singapore is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to supervise construction works. This role requires a diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, at least 8 years of experience in LTA projects, and registration as RTO with IES/ACES. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all building regulations and oversee project execution as per contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in LTA projects.
• Registered RTO with IES/ACES.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full-time supervision of construction works under BCA regulations.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Assume additional duties assigned by the Superintending Officer.
• Supervise works in compliance with contract requirements.

• To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Assume any other duties in connection with the project assigned by the S.O.
• Supervise any works in compliance with contract requirements.
