Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a qualified supervisor for Building projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in supervision, competent in architectural and mechanical works, and hold a diploma in Building or Architecture. Responsibilities include ensuring quality compliance, supervising contractors, and submitting weekly progress reports. Good interpersonal skills and knowledge of good construction practices are essential for achieving the objectives of quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in the supervision of Building projects in Singapore, preferably of Architectural trade.
• Diploma in Building or Architectural.
• Competent to carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular supervision of structural, Architectural and M&E installation works.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, building-by-law and contract specifications.

• Toassist carrying out regular supervision of structural, Architectural and Mechanical & Electrical installation works in respect of projects/sunder your charge.
• Toensure that all structure, Architectural and Mechanical & Electricalinstallation works at site are carried out in accordance with approvedplans, building-by-law and contract specifications.
• Toassist the Architects/Engineers to supervise the contractors andco-ordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve theobjectives of quality and timeliness.
• Toensure proper implementation of instructions and plans emanating fromArchitects/Engineers.
• Tosubmit site reports on projects performance and progress on a weeklybasis.
• Maintainconsistency in the inspection.
• Highlightpotential impact to quality defects.
• Atleast 3 years in the supervision of Building projects in Singapore,preferably of Architectural trade.
