The role involves supervising contractor activities, identifying discrepancies, monitoring progress, and supporting the project team in ensuring quality and timely execution of all works.

Job Scope

• Monitor contractors' all type of daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non‑conformances/irregularities to QPs/Consultants/Employer.
• Ensure all construction works comply with statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience and a diploma/degree in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent.
• Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills.
